When's the last time the Merge beat us (2018?) or even gave us a proper contest? Derby has been flat for a while now but playing at Kograh as our home ground and now back at Points Bet in a car park probably doesn't help

The only difference this time around is Dragons aren't totally inept and Flanno's salty words

Losing this would be torture but fortunately we really shouldn't, our abilities and momentum should be enough to get the job done and racking up a score would be nice but Dragons another team kinda hard to get a read on. They are solid and surprising 1 week then get destroyed the next.

Had no idea Jack Bird was on 150 games, no idea how he got to that number. I know he has been around in FG since 2015 but still it feels like he has played half of that with all his injury and club swapping dramas. Oh well he gave the Sharks about 20 good games

Yep. $100-150k fine wasn’t it………..and lost his job with the club.

But yeah. It was pretty cool
Mitchell Pearce got about that much for simulating sex with a dog so pretty much horses for coarses!

We’ve had these sub-human pieces of **** under our boot for so long now it doesn’t feel like a rivalry anymore, too one sided. Cannot wait for them to have to move to the South Coast full time.

In saying that, the Flanno factor can definitely change things. Flanno has given these guys a pulse, a faint one, but still a pulse. We know from first hand experience that Flanno can turn chicken **** into chicken salad on a limited budget.

Nothing short of a win is acceptable this weekend, i’ll be livid if we see a complacent repeat of Leichardt.

Get it done.

I think Dragons will be up for this and should help prepare us for our tough run aswell.

Think it’ll be close with all the rain expected

Yeah. Flanno will have them ready alright. I expect his message will be "grind, grind and then grind". Rain will play a big factor and definitely help the Dragons.

Unfortunately in this modern game there were about 3 penalties there - leg lift, above horizontal, head clash. Oh the game has changed

Great to see Snowy again!
