… but he did not say those words in an official capacity. If he said that as a Bulldogs official the I would have agreed with you. However, he did not.
Pretty sure he still worked for the bulldogs when he said them…

Brisbane hit hard with injuries and have looked a bit inconsistent so far this year. Penrith also showing some signs of vulnerability (at least relative to their standards). We really should be targeting a top 4 spot I reckon (assuming no major injuries).

Win tomorrow and we skip ahead quite a bit of 5th place.

We'll know a lot more in a month. Roosters are flying at the moment. Win 3 of the next 4 and we'll be in a great position ladder and confidence wise.

Exacty. Can Trindall say that when he got DUI he wasn't representing Sharks or NRL?

That's a line of defence worth exploring.
Trindall: "I got drunk in my private time. I was in no way representing the club or the NRL at that time. In fact, I can assure you no one would have mistaken me for a professional athlete... May I go now?"

Gus also pointed out the stupid new short drop out rule. Then we have the disruptor rule, no one asked for these changes why mess about with stuff for the sake of it, blokes at NRL trying to justify their jobs to the detriment of the game.

We are 2 months into season and I still don't understand the reasoning for these 2 rule changes, they aren't logical and one of them is a nightmare to police and interpret (disruptor) while the other has unfairly reduced the value of repeat sets.

Need to get Ricky on 100% Footy after a bad loss so he can call the NRL weak gutted dogs
Pretty sure a portion of his annual salary is reserved for fines anyway
