With Murray injured I reckon Cam McInness is now a sure thing for game 1.

There was also an article saying how Madge has reached out to Ramien to tell him he’s right in the mix. Hynes also the favourite for me to win the 6 jersey.

Brailey also being discussed.

rumours going around that Rabbs might come out of retirement to call his 100th SOS. I hope he does.

Hmm, dont think Cam’s a sure thing, they could just run with Yeo and Jurbo as the lock options and bring in another big boy.

I mean I 100% believe Cam’s right there in the mix, but they’ve definitely got other options.

I hate losing players for Origin, but at this stage of Cam’s career, I wouldn’t begrudge him getting this accolade, I feel like he deserve it.

As for Brailey, he’s probably an outsider at this stage, I mean Freddy liked him enough to bring him into camp, but Madge might be looking elsewhere. Api’s very likely back next week it seems so they’ll probably just go with Api and Robson if they want to go with a rotation.

Madge has said he wants some hard nuts in the team, some enforcer types. Liam Martin is one that plays that way, not sure who else there is?

If there was a City v Country fixture I reckon Tommy would be a big Country shoe-in. As it stands though is he in the conversation for Origin at all? Would they at least be taking notice of him? There’s been some bolters in the past with less credentials. I reckon the Origin environment would suit him down to the ground. He works hard, runs hard, scores tries for fun.

That's the thing with Hazelton. He doesn't look like he's new to the league. He already looks and acts like a NRL veteran.

Yep give him 20-30 mins off the bench and let him rip in. He wouldn’t let anyone down

Aaron ****ing Woods played 14 origins

I can't decide if that's funny or depressing haha!

So who are the middles potentially ahead of Tommy?

Obviously Hass gets picked. I have no doubt they'll go with Stefano ahead of Tommy.

Probably RCG and Paulo as well.

I think he's at long odds unless there are a few injuries.

Man, I miss city v country. Loved seeing players fight it out for their chance in origin.

He played 17 tests. Aaron Woods was a great prop for a period of time. Him becoming a meme doesn't change that.
He might not be what he used to be but even as a joke he still gets the odd NRL game.

City Country would be a great audition for Tommy - he probably hasn't been tested enough to be seriously considered, as it stand.
